  1. the eggplant looks so good :0 just wanted 2 say ur one of my favourite vegan channels btw, i love how much effort is put into each video and the interviews etc :^)

  2. I love White people and the food we have as unified European decedents in America <3 It really is our own unique White experience. IMO we make the best food. My theory is that people are more exposed to White foods that are processed and shelved goods nowadays. Like prison cafeterias, school lunches, and whatever EBT can buy you at Carl's Jr. If they think Italian, they think microwave spaghetti and meatballs from lean cuisine or Olive Garden, whereas if they think Mexican they atleast think of greasy tacos and not gas station burritos you need to microwave. And because cheaper Mexican food can often taste as good as costly Mexican food, they are awarded with a good cost to taste ratio. Even if it's just cut up skirt steak. Whereas with Italian and French, you need good ingredients to, which usually means the cost is more and thus less accessible to most people. So they miss out on the experiencing the epitome of their own peoples food in favor for cheap alternatives. Which sometimes come at a price, like Chinese spit oil, the fact most Asians have diabetes from rice heavy diets, or that they many dishes call for heavy servings of salt and sugar.

  3. My home town has really stepped up with new foodies love visiting home and trying the food trucks … born&Raised PdX #@VeddaIsraelshould have stayed and started my open vegan recipes 😊
