Can you please make a snack called chin chin. It's basically fried dough sticks and I like them slightly sweet and a little hard but crumby (but using the right amount of butter. I don't have a recipe for you to use currently, unfortunately, but if you manage to find one, please try it.
This dish reminds me of my childhood, and it's so addictive. If you make it just right, you'll hopefully feel the same how I feel. This is definitely in my top 10 snacks. We used to help my mom make it so it reminds me of those days, where we helped her while talking here and there (and sneaking some raw dough to snack on later like the irresponsible children we were)
My happy food is chicken and waffles. It’s a simple dish but if you get it right the taste of the chewy chicken combined with a crunchy yet fluffy waffle paired with real maple syrup is just too good to be true.
French here! Nice prononciation and nice recipe! It's nice to see someone respect the cooking order of meat, vegie, mushrooms. If I can add a critique, the beef you chose may be not the well adapted one for this dish. You need some mix of beef part, one part with low fat in big pieces 'like paleron), one with a lot of fat inside, for flavor (like collier) and a last one with a lot of gelatin inside, to thicker the sauce (like jarret or beef tail… not that one…). Beside, hour dish made me very hungry. But I do not have 5 hours to cook now…
My happy dish would be chicken adobo (the filipino version) It just reminds me so much of my grandma and I love it. It's better with tons of roasted garlic smushed into the rice
Can you make this Romanian dish "popricaș de pui cu mămăligă" pleaseee?? My grandma does this every time we come to visit her (which sadly happens only once a year because we live abroad) and I'm always craving this a whole year because no one does it like her! ❤🇷🇴
Love me some Kaiserschmarren! I’m German and kiwi. Grew up in NZ though, and this one of the proper German dishes in our household! I know it’s technically Austrian but my German Oma has a great recipe that my Dad and sister can replicate well!
Currently living in Germany. Meaning I’m currently missing kūmara the most! Kūmara in just about any form is my favourite food.

Boeuf bourguignon is not with mashed potatoes 🙁 And I think you forgot the bacon (lardons) to add some fat and taste in the dish 😢
I'm gonna add on to the other commemts saying it, great pronunciation of Bœuf Bourguignon
Well done stake and freshly seasoned fries
This is comfort content ❤❤❤
This is something I'd love to try making, are you planning on adding the dishes from this series to your written recipes?
Steak mashed potatoes and crispy asparagus with some homemade orangejuice

lasagnette
The mashed potatoes volcano made me smile.
When i was a child and my parents would make one of many typical lunches: Rice with some sort of grain or beans, plus meat, veggies, etc…
I would pile up the rice, dig a hole in the middle, then pour all of the beans inside and call it a "soup volcano".
imma need that mashed potato recipe

I really like Guinness braise beef pot pie. I want to try this though.
Did he contact Superman for this one?
The prononciation is good (buff bourguigion)
That not the real Boeuf bourguignon but it make me hungry haha
Golubtsi – stuffed cabbage rolls with a tomato sauce, a side of sour cream and fresh dill sprinkled on top.
Where can we find the recipe?
