Creamed spinach is still on tables.
I remember most of these as a kid and some I still hate to this day because my mom made it all the time. That Cold Pea Salad, The Boiled Beets, The Sucatash , Collard Greens, Cold Slaw, The boiled okra and tomatoes all were YUCK.
Zucchini fritters are still widley served
