I will be honest. I don't really like modern properties, but I must admit this one is absolutely stunning! And the view from the beautiful terrace!

I personally prefer the more traditional Italian properties you usually tour. Still, this is very nice for a modern home. It still has some of that warmth and modern Italian style about it. Oh and quite good value for money too 🙂
@italianproperty – neither Nanette nor I are much for contemporary houses. We love the idea of triple-glazing, solar power, wind turbine where feasible, ground heating, but we're more to the classic Umbrian and Toscanan stone houses.
Though we both agreed, that this one is a prime example of a contemporary house…. Especially for the price.

Many lovely features for a modern styled home although I am a little disappointed that with 3 bathrooms there is no no bathtub (something apparently becoming quite archaic in today's world).
I'm also curious about the door at the end of the upper floor hallway (near the master bedroom) which looked to be a storage space. I'm wondering if it is sufficiently large to be used as a walk in closet or dressing room for the master bedroom?
The living room space did seem quite cramped although perhaps different furniture and/or using the current dining area as an additional sitting area or TV room would alleviate that concern. Personally, I would never need a designated dining space.
For a single person or couple this is definitely a space worthy of consideration.

The annex would make a lovely pool house/gym. Wish we had more information about the surrounding area. Love this listing. I often wonder why some of the more traditional homes can’t create larger windows, sometimes they feel very cave like. This is great!
