Too expensive. Too small. Not in the right location. No parking. And too many stairs damn it!!!! I don’t care that it’s Italy and that most of the buildings were built before cars even existed!!! I want a large one story detached house with no stairs done to my exact specifications with a large yard and a five car garage with a long driveway close to the city center but not too close but not too far away overlooking the ocean with a feeling of calm and serene but I don’t want to feel isolated and trapped. Like I want to feel like I’m in a bustling city and a quaint small town at the same time. Oh and my budget is a dollar. Thanks Dan! Or whatever the heck your name is. I don’t care damn it! I just want my impossible dream house damn it!!!!!

I get the appeal to someone looking for a no fuss modern apartment with views and "normal" sizes rooms. Also, the neighborhood looks to be quiet and a nice compromise between city and rural living. However, it lacks the charm I think many will want. Still, will probably be a great option for the right buyer

What a price
Tremendous apartment with tons of space, the views are amazing from the two balconies. I would definitely keep the small W/C and add a washer. The garage is also very large, all at an affordable price.
I just can't stand the pace of these otherwise useful videos. This person just milks every fucking syllable out of his mouth. It's just too irritating to put up with.
I was looking for the charm of a stone house but this is great for a holiday home, i think it's a great price with the large rooms and not too much to change. Love❤ the views!

This place is excellent! Just close enough to town but still private, tons of space, picture perfect views, and a huge garage! Clicks all my boxes. If we were ready, I believe I would have already shot off my email. This one will be gone quickly, David.

Once again, Dave, you have hit it out of the park! If I wasn't still working on getting 2 special needs kids out into the real world, you would probably have an email from me sitting in your inbox already. Your videos are one of the highlights of my week! BTW, I usually have a problem with the bathrooms, but the one in this place is lovely with that beautiful tile. I'd rip that corner shower out and put in a tub with a shower curtain, and definitely put a second WC in that laundry closet. Hope you're feeling better soon!

Much as I enjoy your videos I do wish that you would also give the room sizes in feet.
I never seem to be prepared with a pen & paper to jot down the numbers as you give them in meters, so cannot Google the conversion and I don't dare attempt to estimate in my head.
