I can't imagine doing activities like this every day, when he leaves he makes 3 trips to bring cooking utensils, then assembles the stall, then cooks the food so he can immediately serve it to customers when a customer orders, and when he closes, he tidies up all the furniture and unpacking the stall, then he made three more trips to bring the furniture, it didn't end there, when he got home, he also had to wash all the dirty furniture, and he could still joke and laugh, I suspect he's a robot😅😅

i would love to see a video of how this person preps for the day like cooking broths and sauces, going grocery shopping, all in prep for service in the evening. one can tell that keiji lives his life with great passion for this. the attention to detail, the dedication, the talent in his cooking, so much respect for this dude !!
That is a FANCY yatai stall. Almost crazy how much he can operate out of that small space. Definitely specially crafted for him.
