  1. The biggest darkness in Italy is the Catholic Church !! Wake up people if you want to go to heaven you MUST leave the Catholic Church!! The only way to heaven is Jesus Christ! You MUST accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior! Jesus died for your sins so that you don’t need a priest or Mary to have a relationship with GOD!! The Catholic Church is one of Satan’s biggest lies!! The Catholic Church is controlled by Satan!! Wake up!!

  2. There is no "dark truth". Many countries, including Japan, use this similar method to re-populate deserted areas and to restaurate historical sites. Why do you use such sensationalism? If you get house for free, of course you will have some obligations. I can't believe that people think that they will collect 1 EUR houses and widely resell them for 100.000 x bigger price. It doesn't work this way. Also, Italian economy is stagnatin, but so is German and economies of half of Europe. What are you on, dude?

  3. When my parents visited Italy in 2005, they loved it. It was a vacation of a lifetime. But, whenever they ate at a restaurant or cafe, there was always a waiter or waitress complaining about the low pay and a being broke. They still loved the country and were sad for the people and their economy.

  4. This is such an eye-opening video! The idea of Italy giving away free houses sounds amazing, but it’s surprising to learn about the challenges and reasons behind it

  5. Too much bureaucracy and the will to evolve and adjust is what is wrong with this beautiful country 😢

  6. Mafia, nepotism and corruption. Stilling bureaucracy. Barriers for setting up small businesses.

  7. My friend told me to check into the taxation situation in Italy, so I did and it’s not good. Basically, if you purchase a house in Italy, you will be taxed as if you are a citizen of Italy. Not good! So now I am looking for an apartment that I can rent there 3 months each year. Honestly, if Italians were smart, they would create short term (like 3 months at a time) apartment rentals for us retired foreigners. Three months is the ideal number because foreigners are not allowed to be in the Schengen Area longer than that.

  8. Basically !!! Its literally sinking and therefore no one wants a future there, it is literally sinking and wont be here in a few hundred yrs. Thats my theory any way 😅😅😅😅

  9. I love to VISIT Italy. I am a Mexican-American, one of daughter's is Italian-Mexican, when I visit Italy… I find a very welcoming society. especially knowing how to speak it. However, my daughter's great grandparents left for a reason, the economics of living there just don't make sense. Same reason why my ancestry left Mexico. I would like to buy a vacation home in Italy but can't see myself living there permanently.

  10. Wow, I went to Italy on vacation in 1992 – upon return my rental car the manager said to me "We are people who live in Modern times with a Medieval Mindset". That stuck with me , so this video does not come as a complete surprise

  11. We just came back from Italy on a visit, specifically Trieste area & even vlogged it, awesome place to be. Didn't know Italy was going though all these.

  12. No country is perfect young people always complaining 😔
Stay in America see how awful life is here, with shottings every were…. Young people please don't visit Europe 🌍 you do not know how to appreciate what culture Italy has… Nobody is moving there for a job DUH 🙄 DUH 🙄

  13. Stop complaining people 😤 why don't you instead talk about the culture!!! And about older people love to go there!!!

  14. The real reason is the iron fist of the EU where Italy gave up their sovereignty. Bring back the Lira get rid of the likes of Draghi Italy will revive

  15. The Western countries all have the same problem, negative birth rates. WHY?

    FEMINISM AND BIRTH CONTROL PILLS……

  16. Cost of living and taxes are considerably lower in Italy than North America, but you are correct with the big issue of nepotism, tax evasion, and corruption , especially politically

  17. 59% through, and we're on the US economy. 75% still nothing but blaming it on old people. 100% and it's just that there are not enough people because of "the economy." What about the economy? Reading between the lines, Italy is sinking into Fascism again. As my grandmother used to say, "Fasciste, I spit on the floor." I'll bet anyone $10 that the government is going to turn on the "Foreign Nationals" with mass deportations, only to steal their houses and property, like Europeans have been doing for over 1,000 years.

  18. Italy should just copy what America and England are doing. Open the borders and let in all those young men fleeing prosecution and eager to make babies with any woman they can get. They'll fill those homes in no time.

  19. In sum. The Italian government is why Italians themselves are abandoning the country. Impossible to renovate properties because permits costs $10,000s and it is almost impossible to find builders. Migrants on the other hand are pouring in.
