Ciao Marisa and David, outside of a few renovations, there isn't much I would change. I loved everything about this house. Definitely an outside dining area. You can't beat the beautiful views of Tuscany. Grazie Mille, tanto amore da N.Y.
Interesting & quirky but large. Presumably the garden is only accessible via the cantina. Small balcony for eating those chestnuts, roasted by an open fire. Reminds me of a song 🤔😂♥️♥️🇮🇹

This is a great property, I wish I was ready to buy, it has everything one can want, especially the garden, the garden always gets me, because I love gardening!!

Oh Wow!!! what's not to love here. Those floor tiles, that fireplace and my oh my those views!! I'm also a sucker for cantina's and gardens. This will be snapped up quickly. 🤩😍

Great property. Considering the age it's in really good condition. Biggest expenses would be installing heat source, replacing windows, updating ground floor bathroom, and installing a proper kitchen. Love the floors, beams, and flow of this home.
It is a nice place ,how ever , kitchen and bathroom would need a redo then a final paint , the views are perfect , in general it would be a great lock/leave home or maybe a rental during the season. Cheers for Toronto.
