Here’s what you’ll need to make this focaccia using fresh herbs from the garden:
4 cups flour
2 cups water
2 tbsp active dry yeast
2 tbsp salt, plus a pinch to sprinkle at the end
Garden-fresh rosemary, thyme, and sage, chopped
Garlic
Olive oil

Bake at 400° for 20 mins 🌿

  2. So much herbs😱? Well, Italians don't put that amount of green either! This is overloaded in such an amount that the bread cannot be tasted.
