I'm a former RE agent who has also framed and rough plumbed houses, the guy showing the house is a person who is clueless about home construction and architectural design. Yeah bro, lets muse about the chandelier and show window walls that aren't even automatic.
I know some Russians were buying huge houses to effectively launder money. Would a developer build a house, max sq/ft just to charge a ton and assist in cleaning as much money as possible?

I believe your company has the listing, maybe that presents a conflict, but it does have some nice qualities and shows nicely with the decor. I could never afford this house in my entire lifetime, but from my peasant woman perspective, here are my thoughts:
– Ryan is giving "Furry Walls" vibes throughout this entire thing. Too much, Bro.
– This house looks like someone discovered the free money cheat on Sims 4 and just went wild.
– The black porcelain urinal and weird plaster finish around the toilet in "his" master bath gave me the ick.
– So many of these "features," the petrified wood countertops, wood floors in wet areas, and leather-finish marble, are items that need to be shared to the FB group "Things designed by people that don't have to clean them."
