After seven years of renting in Venice, Ariel found her dream home in early 2021, an idyllic spot to raise her two young children, Lou and Van.
To transform the space, Ariel enlisted designer Sally Breer, known for her bold, vintage-inspired style, to push her out of her comfort zone. Together, they created a home filled with moody paint hues, patterned upholstery, geometric mirrors, and rich layers of texture, blending edge and elegance seamlessly. Enjoy!

My Parachute sheets are by far my favorites! They're the only ones I can sleep in comfortably without waking up in night sweats. This house looks exactly how I would imagine the founder's home would especially it being in LA: a perfect blend of organic modern and eclectic style.

I never thought I would tell someone to buy a larger TV, but she needs a TV at least twice as large given the size of the room.
I'm so over MCM style, I can't stand it anymore. I didn't like it in the 60's as a kid and still don't lol. It's just boring to me. Lovely home though.

Interesting but left me with questions. She switches from I to we all the time,talks about her children. So is she in the house with a husband or is she raising her kids alone?

love the airiness of the house as its def not cluttered. Dont see how the guestroom/office is jewel-like. Living spaces, dining and kitchen areas were much nicer than bedrooms
