  2. Yooo no, I will not stand idly by and watch this happen. All in all, good video, but the recipe is completely wrong.
    First of all, donโ€™t use any meat, use guanciale and if you canโ€™t find that then at least use bacon.
    Second, use less yolk for that amount of pasta, has to be a coating not a slush and also not a full on sauce.
