Yooo no, I will not stand idly by and watch this happen. All in all, good video, but the recipe is completely wrong. First of all, donโt use any meat, use guanciale and if you canโt find that then at least use bacon. Second, use less yolk for that amount of pasta, has to be a coating not a slush and also not a full on sauce.
