About me:
I was born in Italy but grew up in the English countryside and last year I decided I wanted a different way of life so sold my house and bought a homestead in a mountain village in Abruzzo, central Italy! I share local beauty spots, traditional festivals and day-to-day life living in rural Italy and looking after the land and animals.

A lovely video full of colour and smells and sounds and all that delicious food always makes me salivate! Abruzzo is such a beautiful, beautiful part of Italy with its bountiful harvest! I have a suggestion for a Neapolitan version of Oktoberfest: Ottombrefest! Seriously though, another triumph!

Yeah, you have take the spirit of our little villages, because Italy, from north to south, is made of small city and villages…the biggest city are made for tourist 😄
Thanks for posting and sharing. Nice to see the festival and the mountains.
The village at night is lovely. Thank you
Italians certainly are community orientated in the way they go about making their home made delicacies. The streets just come alive at night with all their stalls. Very picturesque and heart warming. Beautiful.
