Thank you for showing us inside that beautiful church❤
Those window shutters are called TAPPARELLE! Wish we had those here in America…
Nice, just how I remember it from the tour..
Well, no… Festas right under my bedroom? Nope.
The church bells are so good to hear, so Italy to me and the views are stunningly amazing David!
Would love a supermarket tour on one of your videos. Please.
This town looks very nice. One of my favorite videos. Thanks
Love the property. Biggest detraction is no terrace, which is a shame given those views. I wonder whether permission could be obtained to create a rooftop terrace, and how much that would cost.
Super
Amazing views and, yes, wonderful to hear the church bells. Such a lovely old town. Would the municipality allow you to create a roof terrace on this property? The attic brick wall seems to suggest that a roof terrace would work structurally.
This is a nice one, I liked it on the tour and it would be a hoot to have the festa outside the window. I would do the second bath.
What a beautiful little town! You give me such a gift with these walks to show the towns and views! ❤❤
stupefacente, meraviglioso…
I can certainly get behind this little gem. Lots of room and with a few improvements it would be amazing. Would bring the lounge up to the first bedroom. Then a bathroom in that little room on the top floor. The town looks lovely, lots of heritage and charm.
Hi Dave, I Agree I would make the first bedroom upstairs into a living room, for the kitchen I would move the fridge to the area by the stairs and install a new kitchen and wrap around to the fridge wall. I would modernize it for function but using materials that would give it a more old-world look to it You can't beat the views Bellissima, I think this one will sell fast. Amore da N.Y.
O que me assusta é essas cidades fantasma , não se vê ninguém nas ruas .
How much pay monthly council ,electricity
Beautiful location…Great value.
If you buy it you could be our neighbor!
Fara is amazing. Lively and fun. Lots of things to do. Restaurants. Cafes. Hiking.
Love it! I would definitely make the first bedroom into a lounge room with a sofa bed. I'd put another sofa bed in the kitchen/dining room. And add that bathroom on the top floor.
Charming ❤
Do the belles ring during the night?
We visited FSM in Oct 2024 and hiked up the gorge. Great town and scenery, but the bugs near the gorge entrance ate me alive. Is there an insect problem in the town itself?
Don't miss the factory outlet store at the De Cecco factory – they have well over 100 kinds of pasta!
Another bargain property! Personally, I would need to invest a little and make some change, but it is usable as is without a doubt! Beautiful town. Great job, Dave!
I love it! My only worry is the bells. Do they ring all through the night, at the top and bottom of the hour?
Ugh. Take forever to get the cat hair out. Cat pee if you’re unlucky.
I am in LOVE 😍 This home is all my dreams! ❤️❤️
Great price nice flat. Lots of light. Fara is cold in winter though. Nice for it to be right in town. LOVE THE BELLS. STUNNING for sure. Love this. Thanx David. Gina in Upstate New York USA moving to Italy/Portugal
No parking is a big problem
Beautiful town…and great value home. I tell my wife about these homes (the ones under €70K) and she always says buy it. That puts a lot of pressure on me to make sure it’s the right place for us in Italy as a vacation home/home to retire to from the US..but we are also looking at homes in Spain as well because my wife has family there (Barcelona area)—a couple of brothers, lots of nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews—in particular a niece she grew up with in Ecuador (who is just a couple of years younger than my wife is), which is more like a sister to her.
I’d have to pass on this home, however, as me and my wife both are allergic to cats. Otherwise, it’d make a fantastic home—with the addition of AC in the bedrooms and kitchen/dining area—yep, spoiled American who can’t live with indoor temps above 23/24c in the summer (ideal indoor temp all year long for me is 21-23c…with some nice air circulation so it doesn’t feel stuffy inside).
That's a beauty Dave! 🤩
These properties are clearly in deserted towns. There is Nobody around & there is a reason for that. I was told that there is no longer public transport in these places. You MUST have your own transport…you can't see anybody there not one person! It is deserted because there are no jobs no public transport.

It’s a bargain price wise. But devoid of even an ounce of charm. You have shown much much much better 👍
No t shirt and trinkets shops…thank you
I see 4 Fiat Pandas in the car park 😀 . Love a Mark 1 Panda 4×4 and many of them are still running around Italian hill towns
@A Home in Italy the walks in the historical towns and all the beautiful churches and artwork, architecture and the lovely paving in the streets and towns centres and the views would be absolutely fantastic ❤ love your home tours because you show us the village around the house which is where the cultural heritage can be seen. We would love to see you do more walking tours of small and larger historical centre village life, the facades, the gardens and the walking trails and Parks around plus other nature based views such as scenic lookouts, waterfalls, caves, underground tunnels, castles, bit of history for context but even with just a village walk that is at walking pace it would be well viewed and worthwhile for many. Thanks for all you do and keep those bells ringing 😅 it's really nice
Do the bells ring every hour ,night and day ?
Do you have a video of your home? Would love to see your slice of paradise. Thanks for all the great content and inspiration ❤️
