the city should clean up non resort areas.
Nice to have this kind of vibe that resorts have in Thailand: luxurious and not put up a few beach umbrellas and chaise lounges and call it a "resort". And groomed beach front is always a nice touch (which Boracay beaches are in need of except in Station 1).
