The first of 10 episodes centred around salty snacks, washed down with an ice cold something or other.

Starting with salt and spice deep fried.

A very simple, yet slightly labour intensive snack. Get some Nโ€™duja out of its sheath and mash up before stuffing in a piping bag.

Get some pitted olives, stuff as much of the spicy sausage mixture as you can. Then flour, egg and panko. Deep fry until golden.

The Nโ€™duja turns liquidy, encased in a crisp shell. Very moreish.

Washed down with a very drinkable Erdinger.
