  1. It looks amazing but definitely less salt for me…high blood pressure ain’t no joke…we can have healthy food; but it’s what we add to it that may harm us and mess up the healthiness of the whole meal.

  4. Whenever i look at her food,i just know those are great quality products. Coz most of us use tons of seasoning to compensate for the lack of taste in the food that's coming out these days because of inflation.

  7. It is so typical to see people at young age to have time and energy to do this healthy lifestyle thingy. Ofc in your 20s you will show off your healthy routine. Do it in your thirties or forties with husband and kids if you dare lol. Real life is when you start caring for others not shooting video of your breakfast😂

  8. Arghh i eat like this but only 3x a week because i know that if i ate like this everyday I would be a twig…. Im almost always hungry again after a couple hours when i eat like this. Nice and healthy but not filling.

  10. I love both of them, my fave simply avacado on toast, or sunny side eggs with tomatoes, and some kinda green, sometimes also charred jalepeno.. 😊

  12. That looks lovely, but unfortunately, spinach is not good for you. Do some research on oxalates and you’ll find out why.. there are many vegetables that will make us feel poorly and a lot of vitamins within those vegetables that we cannot access.
