Tomato Spinach Linguine
FOR MARINATION
Chicken cubes 1/2 kg (flattened)
Thyme 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
●Marinate and keep it aside. Grill it in 2 tbsp of oil.
●In wok add
Butter 50 grams
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
Dried Basil 1/2 tsp
Thyme 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
●Mix and add
Mushrooms 5-6 sliced
Sun dried tomatoes 1/2 cup
Cream 1 cup
Baby Spinach 1 bunch
Boiled Linguine 1/2 pack
●Toss well and on top add
Parmesan Cheese 2 tbsp
●Toss well and take out in Platter. On top add grilled Chicken and garnish with parmesan cheese.
