Anthony was a world traveler, as much as the Portuguese in the 16th century. He fraternized the people.
Like Anthony I too do not care for dessert port and cheese is heaven to me… a good drink expression after and that’s a perfect meal. R.i.p Anthony I miss following him around the world.

Watching and absorbing all these reruns has me so in tune with Anthony as Im sure many of us feel – makes me ponder that we need to rethink the way we picture or imagine end of life: the older I get the more I appreciate the variables.

Bourdain is right. Hearing an animal screaming and fighting for their life will change your perspective about eating meat. My experience was when a cow was butchered. I hated every moment of it, but I hated my being so ignorant before. It certainly made me more responsible when it comes to consuming meat

Portugal.. The best place on the planet for fish or pork , cheese or wine… The music kicks you in the guts and leaves you longing to be there when you are not. Amazing coast line the people and the mountains are the best i have ever seen. I miss this beautiful place….Also miss the coffee……
I’m Portuguese, loved the episode… but it should be ilegal to kill Animals the way a few Portuguese still do. I hope people at least understand what Animals suffer by seeing this, and gain some conscious about reducing or stop eating Animals. This is just Mediaval.
