Guten Tag! In this episode I focus on a German-Italian wine from Alto Adige, up in the north east of Italy: Tramin Stoan. The region is famous for growing apples and quality wine made from a whole host of grapes including Pinot Grigio, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Riesling.
