There is always an optimal temperature to drink wine which is the temperature that allows you to flavour all the complex tastes from it. This does depend on a variety of factors and there is no single one temperature…BUT…especially in the summer we tend to drink wine at the WRONG temperature, often chilling the whites too much but worst yet (in my opinion) drinking the red too hot!
