After seeing @elmagococina make something similar, I had to give the Cheese Stuffed Sausage Sandwich a try! Hollowing out some bread, we will stuff with cheese and cover in mild Italian sausage. Grill over medium heat until nicely cooked, we will top with Chimichurri and a fried egg. What’s not to love!!! Find this whole recipe on my blog or linked in my bio! 🍻👍

    i wonder why food content makers always use the word "internal" ? how do u measure internal tempt without that stick?

    I did something similar with left over garlic bread Louisiana hot links sliced down the middle and fried egg with cheddar slices. Also put a dab of mayo with cholula hot sauce. Toasted them till the cheese melted. But this sandwich has me inspired to try the sausage recipe
