  3. YES! Thank you for posting this recipe! This weekend is (Canadian) Thanksgiving and I need some healthy vegetarian options for the feast table. I just made a big batch of ricotta and pastry dough (for pumpkin pies) so I can prepare this, the stuffed zucchini, tomates à la Provençale, and ratatouille.

    The rest of us will gorge ourselves on meat and seafood! LOL!
