I wanted a sandwich today and decided to jump on the chaffle train and give my recipe a go. It is FANtastic I am so excited and pleased that I have an option for sandwiches, mini pizzas or as a snack with different flavors now that I have my base recipe down pat. I love being able to have a sandwich which tastes good !!

RECIPE: Yields 1/2 Chaffle ( is equivalent to 1 LARGE BREAD SLICE)

1 TBS Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 C. Italian blend shredded cheese (or any you like or have)
1 egg
2 TBS Almond Flour
1/4 tsp garlic salt, onion salt & pepper
1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Original 0 carb (multi flavor)
A few sprinkles red chilis

MACROS: Makes 1/2 Chaffle (1/2 of my Cuisinart Waffle Machine)
Then I cut in half for 2 Quarters for my sandwich. It was huge and plenty!
