Join me for a wonderful cooking class in Tuscany! A perfect day trip from Florence, it’s just 25 minutes outside the city! Held in a 17th-century farmhouse, we learned how to make homemade pasta and had a fantastic lunch!

Special Thanks to Lucrezia “Lulu” Cannito of “Opera in the Kitchen” for her warm hospitality!
For more information on booking her class you can visit her website at: https://www.operainthekitchen.com/en/

  1. This was such a fun video and really made me think about doing something like this!!
My husband and I will be travelling to Italy and France next September and I'm now thinking this cooking class would be a great and really enjoyable experience!! Neither of us( husband ) are great in the kitchen so we (he) may learn a bit more about cooking and have fun while learning 😊
    Thx Beth!! You're the best❤❤❤

  2. You sure know how to pick a terrific tour. Please keep making more of these food tour videos; they are a great addition to your usual fabulous entertaining videos which are super duper great. Love all your videos and enjoy your sweet personality and little giggles. 😊

  3. How fun! I throughly enjoyed this. I did something similar when I was in Florence. We started off in the city where we took a walking tour and shopped for the ingredients that we needed for the cooking class. After we shopped a van drove us to a beautiful place in the mountains where we were taught how to cook pizza, pasta w/ bolognese sauce & tiramisu for dessert! It was so amazing, I’d love to go back.

  4. Beth great video! What were the ingredients in the pumpkin cream cheese sauce that sounds great for October or November meals? 🍷🇮🇹🍷

  5. I am watching this while on the first of a six week stay in Florence. We, too, are taking a cooking class later in our stay. Love, love this city and country!

  6. Beth if you ever decide to have a group go through a class like this will happily join ❤❤❤

  7. Such a charming and an authentic vacation spot with good food and a friendly atmosphere you can NOT find in the city. The food looked amazing and I tried not to lick my computer screen 🤐. Thank you so much Beth for sharing your culinary adventures with us, I have learned so many things along the way. Grazie e tanti baci 😘😘😘

  8. What a nice thing to do and the scenery couldn't be better. The pasta looked yummy and really so basic to do as long as you get the technique shown to you. Thanks Beth.

  9. Now THAT looks like a fun way to spend a beautiful day while in Florence! A day visit to the countryside is such a nice respite from all the lists of "have to do's" and high activity being in the city brings. It looked wonderfully serene and peaceful there! And there's the relaxing fun of good company and good food while you learn a new skill!

Thank you for taking us along – and thanks to your daughter for choosing to continue her education in Florence! 😂 I'm happy to hear she's settled in and doing well. ❤

  10. So much fun! Thanks for bringing us along, Beth❣️ As an Italian, it is a dream of mine to visit Italy!

  11. Beth, I’ve had a lot of catching up to do with you! Firstly, congratulations on you and your family’s move to France! How exciting! Second, I’ve had to binge watch all of your videos since I’ve missed so many!

  12. Oh fahhh bulous . THIS Italian is so damn tired of this . Yet another video set in Italy with tinkly stereotypical folk music that was last popular SEVENTY YRS AGO …. in the SOUTH of Italy . Which is another damn planet from the North of Italy . I'm surprised they didn't throw " O Sole Mio " in there ! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

  13. I took a cooking class once in Tuscany and it was magical. Had an amazing experience. I’ll save this one as well in case I find myself in Tuscany again one day.
Beautiful place. And the food looks amazing.

  14. We just got back from italy and stayed 4 nights in florence. Your cooking class looks like it was a wonderful experience. We stayed in a wonderful apartment and learned it was owned by the hosts grandparents. Thank you for sharing your time there.

  15. Hi Beth, I am a fan and a long time subscriber of your channel 😊 I have learned so much from you, thank you! I’d like to email you, would it be ok? I have a few “Italian related” questions to ask you if that would be ok? I would really appreciate it, thank you!
