This was a delicious 2018 Tignanello (AKA “Super Tuscan”) by Antinori. The trick is to pour the wine on the side of the decanter lip to help it flow all around the entire decanter as the wine flows down. I gave this wine 1 hour before sipping with last Christmas dinner. Enjoy.
