  1. The exceptional caring dedicated staff make all the difference in the world they are the experience 🎉Kudos to the entire team- Long live Claridges ❤

  2. Honestly, great marketing in creating this image of being the best…. but is this the ultimate service???????? One day, I will come & teach you what is obsession to details is… you ladies & gentlemen are not there yet & I think you have a good few miles…Updates: sorry but i reached 12:31 of this movie & I cannot watch it anymore (((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((

  3. I won't pay more than the regular fare in that hotel..everything looks very old…I can imagine how those rooms smell..not for me..perphas it is fascinating to others type of persons who has complex of be a royal, when they are not.for me, it is a waste of money..

  4. The rooms in marriot are much nicer..just because the rich folks go there..doesn't make it a luxury place 😂

  5. I never considered how much work to clean a Chihuly chandelier. Eep. Yes, a lot of research could be done by the callers, but that would shatter the illusion.😉 Service is wonderful when done correctly and highly appreciated. I'd love to spend at least a month shadowing these folks to learn all the ins and outs. This is fascinating.

  6. I have watched many of these, of a variety of luxury hotels. Claridges, by far, has the most passionate staff when it comes to service. They value their guests privacy and and give them a true "home away from home" experience. One day I'd be so lucky to experience a stay there ❤

  7. I cried immediately after the scene telling that Mr. Melchor passed away came. Cannot imagine how I would feel if I were one of the staffs that had met them for many years…

  8. Looks beautiful but for me it would be a waste of money. A bed is a bed butler would not be necessary because I am not lazy the only reason places like that need to exist is to protect the rich and famous like royalty

  9. Looks beautiful but for me it would be a waste of money. A bed is a bed butler would not be necessary because I am not lazy the only reason places like that need to exist is to protect the rich and famous like royalty . Now I really would dislike seeing a fake Christmas tree😢

  10. It’s just absolutely insane how rich some people are. Incomprehensibly rich, really.

  11. Am I the only one who sees this as a completely fake environment, full of people pretending to like you, literally for your money, all so people can stay in a used bed?

  12. How can people justify that amount of money for a single night? Thats enough money to get a homeless person off the street, life changing money for a lot of people. Eat the rich!

  13. I love that they said the staff can take anything not claimed thats left behind but when o worked in the hilton if there was anything left in the room the guest would be contacted and asked if they wanted it returning to them. If anything did go into lost property we had the same rule that after 6 months it would go to who found it but 99% of the time even when it wasnt claimed it was no longer in lost property after 6 months. Obviously light fingered staff.

  14. So basically a bunch of ridiculously wealthy ppl who have nothing better to do with their grand money, the generationally privileged etc.

  15. Am I alone in disliking the concept of such ostentatious luxury? I really have no desire to stay or dine there even as a freebie.

  16. JUST HAD A WONDERFUL STAY AT ANOTHER DELUXE HOTEL IN LONDON……THERE IS NOTHING AS GOOD AS GREAT SERVICE…..
