  2. you really have to admire someone who only has 14 cows, but makes products from them that have such a high end market. quality over quantity is the essence of luxury, even when it is humble, and i'd love to see so much more of this in the world.

  5. Italy Sucks For Food. OVERPRICED and Overrated. Better Italian Food In America. I Have lived In Italy For 7 Years. My Experience Is My Opinion. Any Italian Mom And Pop Restaurant In the East Coast Blows Away Food In Italy For Half The Price.

  8. This is the most preposterous and pompously ridiculous thing ever. 3 stars so quickly leads me to believe that these actions display an arrogant contempt for the wishes of the majority. If this is not true they will hire a black or brown person immediately 😮

  9. the pasta tasted like 'intestines" according to the female guest, that says a lot about this kind of Michelin star-rated cooking. They drunk more wines than having the food during the tasting process. So that's the point, for paying over 600 Euros per person?

  10. @juancervantes313 We could debate whether the stars were awarded too quickly, but how do you surmise or quantify what the "wishes of the majority" are, and where? In that village? And minority hiring will send this message??

    In the qualifications for recieving the stars, the metric for being given three stars is that the food is "extraordinary." I think Michelin brings this on themselves here. The food has to be such a departure from the rest that most restaurants given three stars are the ones with the fussy tasting menus like we see here.

    I personly am from the alps region in austria and love how his creations represent the alps and their diversity.

    Big thumbs up for the video and hopefully you can check out austrias one and only three micheline star Restaurant „Amador“ in vienna!
