Maybe I'm mistaken, but after a 5 day waste fast, isn't bone broth used as during the REFEEDING process, meaning to say that you break your fast with something super light and very low calories then move up to bone broth. Also, re-eating with solid foods immediately after an extended fast would undo the entire recycling done by your fast. Your stomach acid levels are very low, and eating solid foods like that with processed condiments would only spike your insulin levels sky high.

  2. Doesn’t autophagy happen when you consume absolutely nothing but water? Any sort of nutrient/calorie you ingest will not trigger autophagy.

  3. so as a severely obese teenager, who sits 8 hours of school all day and is already tired and mentally exausted, cant do a fast because instead of eating the stored fat on my body it uses muscles first? no no i think i am actually more medicated on the facts than some people in this comment section, only after the three day mark will it start to process muscle tissues. but only because the body is using the minerals that are inside muscle tissues like potassium, so it will eat them up, consuming vitamins regurlary will help tremendously on prolonged fasts, and i hope all of you who are severely unmotivated to lose that weight and are actually severely overweight, seek guidance and you will find yourself again 💪❤

  4. Your stomach doesn't need you to starve to clean itself, it does that automatically everyday.

  5. Don't do this rose frome black pink did this because she wanted to be the skinest in the crew and she didn't eat for 2 weeks and went to hospital and now she is so skinny that you can see her bones 🤧🤧🤧🤧

  7. I guess each body is different but this regimen sounded very inadequate. The imagery is so misleading at the refeeding part. Lol jumping straight to carbs, insane. Lol

  8. Do you get to microwave/cook the broth? Bc idk if eating raw bone broth is good for you (i could be wrong and it be totally fine to do so)

  9. I just haven't eaten for 2 days and i am siderring and feel like i can't move. How are people doing this?
