But I think they will not be able to get 15 million for this. Maybe 8 million ? But even then, it is not clear what is for sale.

Beautiful building. Too bad the interior does not match the exterior. Most of the period moulding, trim, plasterwork has been removed and left with plain flat walls and ceilings. The interior looks like a newly built office building (boring, plain, stark, cold). It would be lovely to see someone restore its interior beauty if it were ever made a home again.
