Every day I get so many emails and comments asking why you can’t locate the music I use or find it using Shazam. I purchase music licenses for almost all the music you hear in my videos. I buy them them from various royalty-free production music sites and most of the time they don’t list the performer because it’s music made only for film productions with an audio watermark throughout the entire track, unless you purchase the single-use license for $50-100 per track. I use a lot of opera so often I’ll reference the opera but I won’t be able to direct you to a recording of that specific performance that you could stream or buy on iTunes or Spotify. Hope that clears things up and thank you for appreciating quality music.

  1. Thank you for sharing, Kylie! I recently changed my entire work from home routine and have made fitness one of my top priorities. I had a set of weights that were perfect for lower body workouts but too heavy for my upper body. I finally took the plunge and invested in a lighter set of adjustable weights and it's made such a difference! Just knowing that I'll actually be able to manage all the moves in whatever workout video I'm following that day because I'm using the proper weights for me has given me such a confidence boost! And now that I'm working out consistently, I feel so much more comfortable as I sit at my desk all day. Anyways, thank you for sharing the message of "slow and consistent" because it really is the best way to make any kind of progress in life.

  2. Definitely had one of those days today!!! How lovely to come home and chill out to your beautiful video 💞 cheers and hugs from Oz🦘

  4. This video was right up my lane. I myself being a personal trainer, therapist and naturopath was all into the video. It has given me inspiration to continue my work so thank you very much ! Greeting from Mallorca

  5. Hi Kylie, you are beautiful inside and out. I am going to try the train well fitness plan. I am 63yrs old and eat healthy but not feeling as strong as I want to feel. I also was a runner and have slowed down. I need more strength training as I am getting older. I also am Italian and love your channel. I love Tuscany, never been but maybe one day. What vegetables did you use in your sheet pan recipe? Love meals like that. ❤

  6. Delicious recipes! I see you cook a lot with lentils, could you make a video with different lentils dishes? I love your videos!

  7. I actually had a huge wake up call!! Here is was thinking my lame 45 mins on the treadmill was great and wondering why I still have weight to shift, I need to step up and move more and also eat much better, thanks Kylie

  8. Great video. Thanks for sharing your tips and tricks to staying healthy 👍. You have inspired me to get healthier for myself. ❤ can't wait for your next video 😊

  9. You can see the definition in your muscles. You look toned. Be careful doing weights on that ball. You need a bench. And it’s safer. I think you should make your own gym, even if you buy second hand weights a bench a bar bell. Just slowly buy stuff. It’s well worth it. Weight training is fantastic, when you get into it. The feeling when completing a work out is phenomenal. Keep going ! 👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️👍❤️

  10. Ciao Guido, I live here in Italy as well with all the food temptations and I have found a way to keep the weight off more easily. What's worked for me is low carb, no ultra processed food, no added sugar, balanced whole food and organic. My wife is also an excellent cook. I've reduced the alcohol not cut it out. I walk and garden a little. I'm hopeless at regular exercise. I also intermittent fast 1-2 times a week. This takes a few weeks to get used to but it's now easy and part of my routine. My health and weight has never been better and it's very stable. (I was once a diabetic, my diet was terrible and I weighed 35kgs more than I do now.) This week my partner and I went walking in the Dolomites and we were powering past others. At 60+ we were really surprised. Good luck with finding whatever works best for you.

  11. Take care of your pelvic floor and ideally train it too. It's a great way for parents to exercise from home. I can also recommend Hulahoop for after pregnancy (e.g. online courses from BeeVarga). It really helped me to get fit and back in shape after my 2nd pregnancy and is still a daily part of my life – very flexible, effective and time saving and it's great fun too. May I ask how you manage the care of Gianfranco during your sports sessions? Is he in daycare? More vegetarian/vegan recipes please🙏🥰 We love the lentil salad with garlic croutons and eat it almost once a week👌

  12. My second child came very quickly. I was waiting for the pains to get more severe and then they started coming very close together. We barely made it to the hospital! I told my pregnant neighbour about this but she ended up giving birth in her bathroom. I hope you have an easy labor, but be wise!

  13. I first watched your channel because I love reno shows. However, I became captivated by your life ethic and your family. You have attracted and kept a certain type of follower.

  14. Are you able to have this baby at home? After your experience I want you to know how birth can really be. Seek out a midwife you trust.

  15. I’ve been following your journey for years, and your videos remain my absolute favorite on YouTube. Your content is so real, thoughtful, and full of insight, especially on natural motherhood, healthy living, and raising a child—just as I do. I resonate with your energy and values in so many ways. I'm currently in Italy with my daughter, and while we would have loved to meet you, for now, we’ll continue to be inspired by your reflections, recipes, and your incredible consistency. Thank you for sharing so much with all of us!

P.S Your Gianfranco is the sweetest and luckiest to have a mother like you exposing him to what you do. The house renovation journey has also been so enjoyable to watch so thanks again for sharing. I live in Australia, but may end up a few years again in Italy in the future with a similar project…let’s see. ❤

  16. Nothing can make me feel more tenderness than hearing your baby's voice speaking Italian! 🥹😍
