This week Jamie is in the buzzing Italian capital tracking down fast fresh and easy
recipes that busy Romans cook every day. In a teeming market, Jamie learns quick and
colourful recipes knocked up in minutes from some of Rome’s no nonsense nonnas,
inspiring his super simple but ridiculously tasty minty pea tortiglioni. Next in the beating
heart of the city, he gets put through his paces by a gnocchi master, before cooking up
his oh so easy gnocchi with roasted tomato sauce and rocket pesto.

Everything looked delicious.
What cut is the beef skirt? In the US they only think of a skirt steak that is a thin steak and not cheap either.
I'm just LOVING this series! My mom is the Italian in my family so I got her into it as well 🙂
That roasted gnocchi was the best looking dish. I don't like pasta. I love the stuff that goes on pasta. The vegetables, the sauces, the cheese. Maybe if I made homemade it would be different. Keep creating beautiful dishes. ❤
I have a serious dislike of peas. Just can’t. Childhood trauma serious dislike of peas! So, nope, thanks anyway!
Jamie, everything looks absolutely delicious! Thank you for sharing such beauty. From Southern California with love.❤

Would love to have a refresher of the recipes in writing, even if just notes. Everything looks so delicious!!
no offense bro everything looks great but that cacio pepe is weaksauce
@17:00 #Elanora Che Belezza WoW!!! I think she did Italian Food Tours in #ROMA. A Star is Born.
Jamie! Haven't you been to the ruins of the Roman Baths in England?!? 😂
I loved this series so much thank you. My grandmother was from Rome, a Di Francesco later Americanized to De Frank. I cook authentic Italian food to honor her.
Nonna Lida knows what she's doing. That sausage gave the pasta flavor. The final pasta dish looked so juicy, mixed with the perfectly 😊 tored greens. Perfect bite. Nonna Maria was cute as can be.
Ni offense, but no pease in Italian foood!
It's very enjoyable to watch but I can say in this lifetime I will never see it in real life 😊
They're like Dead Pool & Wolverine food version haha 🙌🤙😏🤣
❤❤❤🌿✨✨🔥✨💫🌠💫✨🏘✨✨✨thank you very much✨ Oliver✨🌟✨ 28:50 ✨💫🤩
I know I was Italian in my last life because I have a memory of drinking a prosecco on a piazza with shopping bags around me. Everything you have been cooking is resonating with me and I cant wait to cook! My grandma always said I was switched with an italian baby in the hospital or something like that lol.
