  1. Not sure/can't remember if you did an extra virgin olive oil … and grapeseed oil topic. Having learned from a stroke that grapeseed oil increases HDL, while lowering and removing LDL, cholesterol, leading to cellular repairs of damaged brain cells and nerves. HDL cholesterol is the true building block of cellular (re-)generation (!). So people being told by their doctors to RIP OUT all cholesterol from their active livers by statins (which make both HDL and LDL cholesterol) are damaging their liver, but also impairing their cellular (re-)creation. Your brain "gray goo" as General Patton called it – is pure HDL cholesterol. A recent doctor took on the entire medical profession with that statement, calling for a complete review of statins, in that the brain has such massive HDL cholesterol, and such reduced good HDL for brain health, such lack leads to dementia, Parkinson;s, Alzheimer's, strokes, epileptic fits, convulsions, and other medicine-caused or lack-of-diet-caused brain traumas … for keeping a high HDL cholesterol in the body – and search for a proper nutritional product that would safely reduce LDL cholesterol while upping HDL cholesterol.

EVOO was said to raise HDL, but not do anything with LDL. Grapeseed oil raised HDL and lowered LDL. Avocado oil, coconut oil, and peanut oils were at best secondary products, and didn't fare as well. And forget all of the many other sunflower, safflower, canola (rapeseed), (corn) vegetable oils, etc.

Latest (and it is now a proven medical statement) that extra virgin olive oil can be used in dental/gum care and teeth oil pulling methods. It does pull, cleans and whitens the teeth, sanitizes the teeth and gums, helps heal gingivitis, kills bugs, as well as pulling toxins from the teeth, gums, and via the tongue (!). Its secondary byproduct is that oil pulling also stimulates the sinus and throat mucus liquidity – and will cause this afterwards to also flush excess gooey mucus and sinus toxins from the body.

Extra virgin olive oil known for increasing healthy HDL cholesterol, while also having 2 major hidden qualities in the Mediterranean oily and fatty diets. EVOO has polyphenols (that spicy peppery taste in real GOOD olive oil). Polyphenols dissolve fats in the diet and the body. The reason why the Mediterranean diet and people are healthy, while the food is so rich. Any visceral fats within the organs, surrounding the organs, and are within the inner cavity of the torso are dissolved and removed. Such dissolution cleans out, allows detoxing, and allows the proper "drainage" of the goo-ed up liver of byproduct toxic wastes … and the goo-ed up kidney drain of sugars, naturally lowering down blood sugar %, diabetes criteria, and insulin resistance. Adipose (outer body and under the skin) fat deposits are also dissolved, reducing overall weight, white fats (versus healthy brown fats), and water weight gain. I am the perfect example of this literally removing leg, hips, kidneys, lower torso, and upper torso fats … detoxing of the liver and kidneys. I am seriously shocked with just taking a slurp before bed at night.

Now, asking the question to the internet, is olive oil an anti-inflammatory … does olive oil remove cortisol in the body from wounds and other inflammatory (and histamine) responses – yes. Olive does start removing the cortisol steroid hormone, which is the precursor to creating other bodily functions of weight gain, fat accumulation, water weight gain, … non-responsive weight loss even with reduced food consumption, and increased physical exercise. Remove the inflammation, remove the cortisol, and the body will naturally return back to dumping the excess weight, fat, water, lower down the blood sugar, reduce diabetes, and insulin resistance.

Just looking as well if olive oil and grapeseed oil contain quercetin ? – Yes. Quercetin is an antioxidant and disease-fighting product, and quercetin is (that word again) a polyphenol.

Olive oil and grapeseed oil for the win !
