This was an amazing experience!!! Can’t wait to have chef try my pasta 😄
thats not chinnese noodles that’s called lanzhou pull noodles
With gutter oil😂😂😂
bolognse is the itailian zha jiang mian, italy has like way shorter history than china
Seeing these 2 different culture chefs exchanging ideas and discussing food respectfully is so wholesome. They were able to understand each other thru food which words can't describe
That’s was an epic episode thoroughly enjoyed it.
I heard that an Italian that had come across Chinese Noodles took the style and ideas back with him to Italy & tried to recreate it in Italy with the ingredients they had there back in the days & which gave birth to Pasta. But it wasn’t Marco Polo
i ship them
THIS CHANNEL IS MARKHAM BASED?
Are they in the US? Not sure why the Chinese chef keeps on speaking Chinese when he clearly knows how to speak in English.
-所以,(呲溜)我们现在是(呲溜)什么关系?(呲溜呲溜~)
-闭嘴,继续吃
Pasta originated from China. They just copied the original and made it into their own style. Can't beat the original.
No machine needed noodles👏👏👏👍
These 3 dudes met for the first time And just like that they are bros.
Watching the two chefs connect sharing knowledge and appreciation was a beautiful moment.
I was onced asked by an Indian chef what I liked about their culture….except their food and women because apparently thats racist?
Never got that, food is the gateway drug to cultures connecting. Decades ago before internet it was my love for Chinese food that lead to me getting to know the people.
I think i may have visited this restaurant in early august of this year when visiting canada. I chose the number 4 thickness
Would a Chinese be treated this well inside an Italian kitchen….?? I don't think so, they even would yell and spit on a Chinese. So, don't fantasies on these people. I just don't believe on their courtesy.
Can I be Patrick Swayze and you be Demi Moore in Ghost?
Love the honest feedback to classic Chinese dishes!
He learns faster than Gordon. As for Jamie, he will never be able to learn. ….
Chinese noodle 10x better
Your sources ain't even scholar approved ,marco did take pasta from china
Hand-pulled Noodles is basically the origin of ramen(Which is a transliteration from the word "拉麵" in Chinese)
I thought this channel was American but this is in First Markham Place in Markham. I’m sure of it lol
By the hand movement of the Italian Chef I confirm he is real Italian
im a noodle
I can tell this italian chef really likes to learn.
6:26 dirty minded moment
we need more videos like this
While it's uncertain whether Marco Polo introduced pasta to Italy, China, as the earliest known inventor of noodles, is very likely to have spread them to Italy via the Silk Road.
common sense of human intellect – all over ancient world, when da oven failed or broke, they intuitively and logically shaved the bread dough thinly to be boiled. thus noodles were invented from human creativity. different civilization produced different type of noodles… but human brain shrunk since prehistoric till today. please google these facts.
Chinese is clearly better though no bias 😂😂 … JK I just personally don't like pasta
In Hong Kong cuisine, they do mix long pasta and macaroni with broth/soup.
可以啊,一家馆子吃到全国的面
this is definitely not the authentic Chinese hand pulled noodles because there is too much sliced beef. In China, the beef is almost invisible.
These noodles make me hungry just by looking at them. That's how I know they're good.
Just realized lanzhou lamian has the colors of italian flag hidden in it
This is like watching a cultural exchange. The chinese chef is great, very hospitable and open minded, you would expect otherwise from chef with big egos but he was very open to criticism and ideas. Would love to see him visiting the pasta chef’s restaurant.
makes me hungry
Invention of calculus? Two separate people, in two different places, are completely unrelated, but yet invent the same concept at the same time.
Where can I buy the bowl?!
YouTube did me dirty at 2am 😢😢😢 I’m drooling with an empty stomach while watching this video
why do you pronounce it "pAahsta"
dude never heard about Shanxi山西 flour cuisine面食
awwwww the two chefs this video were sooo cute 🥺
You should have your Italian chef try Canada's pizza and pasta Restaurant that was founded by 2 fellow Italian immigrants in Calgary called Boston pizza and try their first new pizza they added to their menu after the original: The Hawaiian pizza! He will be shocked in more then one way.
Pretty sure the Hitites had pasta long before the chinese as it is was they who fight cultivated wheat 13.5 thousand years ago in what is modern day Turkey.
