In India, besides Kolkata, for the Week of Italian Cuisine a number of initiatives are about to start, all of them coordinated by the Italian Embassy and the Cultural Institute in New Delhi and the Consulate General in Mumbai. Among the initiatives scheduled you can find food tastings, Gala dinners, cooking classes, and screenings of Italian movies about food. In Kolkata, we will have five Italian chefs: Mauro Ferrari (Hyatt Regency), Francesco Francavilla (Oberoi Grand), Vittorio Greco (ITC Sonar), Alessi° Lorenzo (Taj Bengal), Michelangelo Sparapano (The Park)
