I got a problem when I want to apply pre-enrollment on universitaly.
When I got acceptance letter from university I have used my hotmail account. When I want to do pre-enrollment of universitaly it can't accept universitaly hotmail account may I use another gmail account I have same emails only the difference those emails are: gmail and hotmail.
When I contacted my coordinator he told me contact the administration not me if I apply pre-enrollment on my gmail account what’s matter
