I have been in the best shape of my life with the Zealocity nutrition program, and I had bread, rice and even noodles in rightful quantities. Thank you for always demystifying food for us.
I went to point out one more thing. Highly processed and refined oils are also a culprit.
More than 80% calories for Japanese and Italians come from fruits and vegetables.
Meat is consumed in a very very small portion that too very irregularly
Indians do not comsume enough fruits and vegetables. They consume only wheat and rice
40% obesity rate in India? LOL please share a reliable source.
Mostly because of stress.
I really appreciate this kind of videos we should learn from others ❤
I disagree indias average life expectancy is so low comparatively cause we have very large population n high child morality or infant mortality rate it's worse than many countries even worse than many african countries Indian traditional diet is far better than USA uk even better than Japanese or Chinese a lot of people suffer from colon cancer in USA cause of poor diet I've never seen anyone who's got Colon Cancer in India evev the general Cancer rates are very low in India exercise can improve your life but it's not going to make you live longer on it's on metric it's just numbers game if India could control infant mortality it's going go way up in charts atleast by 3-4 years imo
Bro, you forgot about:
– Diabetes
– lifestyle between different social classes. India, China, Brazil and even the USA have large social divide.
– Italy and Japan are smaller nations that were fully-developed years ago and more people can access their healthcare than India and the USA.
– a lot of people in India and USA commute to work on motorised vehicles rather walking/cycling.
– little to no encouragement on sports/exercise
– increase in Alcohol consumption and fast food in India. As the economy progresses more people will want to eat/drink out.
Very very crude take. Africans eat meat too, do they live longer?
Does India have a protein deficit, yes. Does it only need to come from meat, no.
Also long life is from better healthcare, not better diet
U are neglecting the biggest reason , its poor medical facility
Hey….Namaste to you all… I'm living in Sweden 🇸🇪 Basically I'm from Uttar-Pradesh..Bread and pasta we eat in India are worst of quality Than here in Sweden or in any Europe and shocking thing Is Indians don't give a fcok about this..Even I realised Many Indians are too feminine because of there low testosterone depends on there diet..
Where india is going to whey protien advertisement 😂
Thank u 🙏🏻
Yes. Please make a video on ayurveda.
Finally an honest video about “the Indian culture “ bravo ! At least someone is provoked and deluded about the third world
I really dont know how far it is true but practically i have seen vegeterians who make healthy choices very swift and active….i havent noticed any vegetarian havi g any brain fog or such things….they are pretty smart in studies and business too…
what a great comparison..sidha japanese n italian se..even us ke log bhi italian n japanese se apna compare nhi krte..pehle aapne neighbour country se apni diet ka comparison kro..baad me japanese n italian pr jana
In india, everything is adulterated corruption from a match box to an aeroplane
Physical activity is the no.1 reason for better health, we need to walk a lot, and some exercises, it'll solve most of all chronic diseases
We eat way to many deep fried foods and sugar. Refined oil and refined sugar are not good for health. Indians don't eat enough vegetables either, we eat a lot of bread and rice, we are more carbovores than herbivores.
What foods help you live healthier and longer depend on your genetics too apart from a plethora of other things!
Bro if you want any type of video editing regarding work so you can dm me
Bro even noble prize winner scientists agree that plant based food is better in every way. Life span is also based on socio economic factors.
India life expectancy is 70
Summary of the video: Do some physical activity and eat in limited portions. You can skip the video now
Really wise words thankyou😊😊😊
Its not only that , countries like south korea with all its alcohol consumption has a life expectancy of 83 years , idk where are we going wrong.
Please do a video on ayurveda!
4:25 do make a video on it!
It is mostly due to genetics, not due to walking a few thousand steps more. The second reason is the death from infectious diseases, which brings the average down. When per capita GDP grows then deaths from infectious diseases go down. Mostly the reasons are genetics
Did you search in Google about the list of countries with cancer incidence risk
India is not there in top 40 countries while all these western and middle eastern countries are in that
one big factor in third world country like India is all our rivers are now sewage canals….and almost all big city people are getting slight amount of b12 with sewage laden water…people in first world sadly joke about this b12 in third world countries…and with this sewage laden water we get host of crazy diseases in all 1 billion plus people in our childhood till we become smart amout health but its too late then and then we suffer after 40…no wonder we have few bronze medals with ethiopia ahead of us in olympics…its not about vegeterian or non veg…its all about sewage in water, dirty water and all other pollutions and all our plants are toxic chemicals where no one has control…basically third world….
4:24 definitely need the separate video
Indian life expectancy is 61
0:23 I thought 60
Dal rice in old days was surely high quality protein but now all nutrition of foods are vanished due to low quality of soil as well as the seeds. Moreover early Indians had only one source of high quality protein that is A2 cow milk, an average Indian drank almost 500 ml to 1 litre milk per day. But now cruelty in both milk and poultry industries had brought this disaster in people's health. 🙂 Sadly we have only option to be vegan and to comple protein intake one have to rely on supplements but that only rich can afford. For middle class and poor people, we have to compromise… Corruption of governments(no strict action against rich), ill practices(adding palm oil, etc.) of companies and influencers promoting bad products (Advasi oil, etc.) are to be claimed…. I request Indians to beware and yes vegan diet is good too and if milk and eggs are produced on locality without cruelty then lacto veg and ovo veg diet is also preferable. Please take care Indians the worst is to come yet 🙁
High meat diet is still bad for your brain… The diet has to be vegetarian heavy… However, not the fried version Indians are used to and the sweets… We eat carb heavy diet and then go to sleep… No physical exercise….
Western people in their retirement are generally quite active, playing tennis and golf, working out in the back garden, cycling around their local area each day, going for walks in their local woods and parks etc.. Most Indians spend most of their retirement lying on a bed in an air-conditioned or fan-cooled room looking at non-educational shows with canned laughter on their tiny, cracked, rainbow-coloured mobile phone screens.
Don’t provide wrong data your data is atleast 1.5-2 decades old avg life expectancy in India as off 2022 is around 71 years it’s around 71.5-72 years for females still way lower than Japan and Italy but not as much as u are saying and for males it was around 69.5 years and slowly rising should be around 69.8 years almost 70 years for an average Indian male now in 2024!
My grandfather is 90. Still walks 2km with no problem and eats oil, spices in abundance. My father is 67 and can can walk kilometers and can do physical work at level of of a 35 years old ( has no disease); pretty sure both of them will complete 100. I am 40, strogest in GYM, can walk/run 10 km ( have no disease and can beat a 25 year old at physical exertion). I am targetting 120 years. Its genetic folks. Nothing much can be done.
Overall consumption of meat and biryanis and other junk food including pizzas and mcdonalds increased.
Agree ,that's why I follow dr.berg ❤he's a gem ,
Because japan people consume more seafood which is high in taurine
Taurine is key for longevity
What do you mean every food is bad for our health
