Gordon travels to Orange County, Southern California, to try to save an Italian restaurant from imminent destruction. Luigi’s was a successful restaurant with a great reputation until Dominic decided to retire to Italy and brought in son Tony to help run it. Familial fighting and an unappetising menu of 126 items have let the restaurant down the drain. Can Gordon fix it, or is Luigi’s beyond repair?

everybody's talking about grace but not the fact that tony neglected to do his job and fiddled his fingers and made the excuse that his brother needed to come out of the kitchen to help him. some tables waited almost 2 hours for their food when it was ready way before that.

Luigi's fixed mindset and the fact that he chooses not to take in advice will end his restaurant.
Families working together in the same business, under the same roof is usually a disaster waiting to happen. Same with a landlord renting to a friend. I know, I've done both of these things

done very well been a chef hard a lot pressure I was a pastry cook I gave it up as was a lot long hours I always get offered work this field but havnt done it 6 years I rather cook at home

I’ve yet to see one owner that started out grateful he was there. It’d be like getting a private tutoring by Michael as high school basketball players and telling MJ he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Gordon Ramsay is as important to modern cuisine as that.
What these owners are actually looking for is their egos to get stroked and told their food isn’t bad and get free marketing from him visiting. If any of these loudmouths yelled at me like these guys do they might’ve ended up with a fat lip.
The problem is Luigi’s history with drug use. That look in his eyes says it all.
