Nappi in Medford is one of those little restaurants maybe you never heard of, but you definitely need to try. Joe and Anna Nappi started this as a butcher shop 35 years ago and it just kind of snowballed or in this case, meatballs into a restaurant. And believe it or not, Nappi is a BYOB restaurant with no menu.

My Heart is singing when I watch your video on this Restaurant, it makes me feel I am back in Italy.
I would eat there once a week if I lived there… but I'm half the 🇺🇸 away!!! 😭
They say "love" is an essential part of great food and you can tell with this family they've got that in spades.
