  1. Thomas, what about not mixing the blueberries with the bananas? I heard a nutritionist say they cancel each other out, leaving here with only the natural sugars but not the nutrients

  5. Bananas are a barrier btw. Also antioxidants are for the plants it doesn't translate to use when we eat it also you get orders of magnitude more antioxidants from electricity grounding to the earth or earthing therefore no need to mention food based antioxidants at all.

  6. Wet dogs are quite nice, better on the rare side. I’d recommend a quick sear to lock in the juices, followed by a slow roast at a low temperature — maybe add some garlic and thyme for good measure. Just don’t overdo it; you don't want it too chewy. And remember to towel them off first; we’re not aiming for a poached pup!
