  2. ..YOU DONT HAVE TO KNOW EVERYTHING…IF YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT A SUBJECT SAY SO….INTERMITTENT FASTING CHANGED MY LIFE..AND THERE ARE SO MANY LIKE ME

  3. Thanks

The amount of lies we have been told for the past decades is staggering.
The ratio between lie and truth is so much leaning towards the lies, that it has become quite easy to know how to behave. Just do the exact opposite of what you are being told.
Note: The tricky part comes from the lies
    a) to be carefully crafted to contain a small percentage of truth
    b) to be confusing and
    c) to be incomplete.
Still, just do the opposite and your life will be 95% more truthful than when following the mainstream narratives.

I have 2 basic rules for my nutrition:
    1) don’t eat carbs
    2) don’t eat plants
This makes you 95% more muscular, clever and healthy than before.

As always, the last 5% are difficult to achieve.
But 95% is already quite good.

  4. @JesseChappus If you want to reduce estrogen, would you still eat the fat? I have estrogen sensitive cancer and have been told to stay away from anything that promotes estrogen. It would seem to me that this fat would promote estrogenic activity. Ideas?

  5. Followed Dr Liz my son and myself. He went from Covid lockdown dough boy to ripped abs and amazing without exercise still in lockdown. We spend less on total carnivore than ever before. I have not been sick at all. My eyebrows have rebuilt and look tinted. Brilliant. Iodine daily and salt ❤ to Dr Bright

  6. Iodine is a halogen with free electrons to neutralize inflammatory reactions in the body hence why it makes a difference

  7. I like your thoughful questions Jesse. I just came across your channel. Where have you been? Subscribed. I love Dr. Bright!

  8. I read that your body produces all the cholestrol you need for most people. I am not vegan. If God's word says milk, honey, bread, meat, vegetables and fruit ok that's good enough for me. Experts are constantly proven wrong by new developments. Moderation and variety and whole foods are the key to good nutrition. Deep sleep, exercise, hydration, and a positive mindset are all important to good health. It is basically common sense.
There are all kinds of diets and lifestyles, not everyone does best on the same thing. If you have allergies, avoid those foods. If you have improved your health on your diet, more power to you. But keep in mind some diets are beneficial for a short term, some cause problems two or three years down the line. We must research and make up our own minds.

  9. Dr sold to the US meat industry. And people praise her because she says nice things about her bad eating habits

  10. When I had a thyroid problem iodine supplements would make me feel for lack of a better word, crazy. Dulce I found did not.

  11. I sun bathed with baby oil and iodine.. 😂 in the 80's. I had a iodine dye injection for a bladder issue and became so hyperactive. A few years later I was diagnosed with Greaves disease.

  12. So I'm a 2 time Cancer survivor and used a Nutritional Keto lifestyle with the chemo treatment and bone marrow transplant to help me recover super fast, deal with the side affects and put my Multiple Myeloma into remission, this was 5 years ago! Iodine was a key component as I am from South Africa where Iodine isn't in our diet at all.
I became so passionate about the food part that I decided to study nutrition to help other Cancer patients. Dr. Bright is such an inspiration and I used most of what she has brought up in this interview even on my own patients over the last 5 years.
Wonderful interview, thank you so much.
Keep this important info coming 😊🤙

  13. I wonder why she thought that it was important for the chickens to eat “bugs and worms” but on the other hand said that it didn’t matter if the cows had been grain fed?
    Can somebody please explain?

  14. She does not address how meat should be cooked. Or also doesn’t address hard well done the meat should be. For an example is very well done meat ok

  15. I don't know much about this Dr Bright, but given she believes fasting is bad, I am confident she knows very little about health or healing. Anyone who wants to achieve optimal health can do a lot better than this. Sham health expert.

  16. We were created beings by God we didnot evoive but i love this interview and i also recommend fruit and meat as my God in heaven permits me to eat moderation is the key.

  17. Dr Bright is not trying to sell you something and get a commission. She is saying to correct your diet and your hormones will follow then you will feel better, have energy and lose weight. These latest “diet doctors” prescribing synthetic hormones are not fixing the root of the problem, which is the diet but they are making lifelong paying customers.

  18. absolute rubbish ..look up richard Leakey the most renowned paleontologist ..humans learned to add meat to their diet by scavenging from the dead prey of obligate carnivores ..we are opportunistic omnivores ..we don't need to eat meat ..its a good option if you're starving ..its a bad option if you have plenty of plant food available … and she looks absolutely terrible

  19. I struggle to find the animal fat still on the meat. I don’t have a butcher near by and the grocery stores trim all the fat from the beef and pork. I just bought from a farm that has grass fed/grass finished beef and I’ll see what it looks like but where can a person get meat with fat on it!!!!!

  20. This was so painful to listen to. She is so uninspiring to me. Barely answers questions. Very short answers. Sounds like she doesn’t want to offer help for free. Horrible woman

  21. I take BBBE as my main keto diet. I lost 3 inches overall since Feb. Am now into body build up muscle

I also make yummy egg yolk with butter as my main sauce (dressing) on my food.

Too much B6 is bad and chicken meat has quite a lot.

  22. Utterly fascinating, very thought provoking. Very comforting to hear the [ imh ] common sense this Dr speaks. A credit to the title of 'Dr'. Rational and Human and no daft generic 'miracle cures'. Feeling reassured with self that I instruct and advise a lot of similar protocols – and I'm not remotely at the level of this brilliant lady. I've learned bucket loads to add and improve my skills and benefit myself and my clients. Elizabeth Bright – clearly keeps learning and understands THE human body and YOUR human body. Nuance and adaptation as we live our Human span. Thank you to you both.

  23. There is another channel that totally goes against iodine for everybody who has thyroid issues. Especially with Hashimotis. It is so confusing as his reasoning sounds as correct as you and Ken B state yours are.
