😂 i grew up with a Chinese mom and Cantonesr dad and every time they didn't just tell us what it was in the dish, we would know it is something you can't pick up at the local stores. Just eat it, sometimes it's better not to know that you're eating fish stomach of whatever. You guys ordered some really nice dishes, especially the lobster noodles !! And i love all types of Chinese food, it depends on the mood. My favorite dish that you and the US has is the General Tso's chicken, we don't have that in the Netherlands. And food is so interesting and there is so much to explore for !! Taste is relative because it all depends on what you'll compare it to, everybody has a different 'normal' that they grew up on. Don't hate, just enjoy !! ❤

The American idea of Chinese food is most likely the egg roll, pork fried rice, lo-mein, honey garlic chicken, sweet and sour pork, and the fortune cookie (-__-). They would never eat something authentic like phoenix claws (chicken feet) or ginger tripe. BTW, you should consider trying the Cantonese styled ginger scallion lobster, steamed grouper, Yangzhou fried rice (揚州炒飯), dried fried beef ho fun (乾炒牛河) , and phoenix claws aka braised chicken fee (鳯爪,) as those are Hong Kong classics :D!!

I honestly think american chinese food is really good. I was born and raised in Taiwan. lol a lot of my family say panda express is bad, but I loved it.

I'm missing my trip i spent 4 weeks visiting Beijing, Xien, Yangtze River, Chengdu region, Shanghai city, and Hong Kong …. amazing cuisine. Thank you for showing whats available in Edmonton!! I think baby dragon is ready to start eating food now. His smells of different foods are hitting him now. He wants food. Maybe Ask his doctor if baby dragon can eat baby foods. Introducing him to soft foods that he can digest. Baby dragon is getting older now and his tummy is getting hungry for food. I agree what someone said in the comments here. That baby dragon can start eating teething biscuits or baby puffs.
