Is a very very beautiful house! It is worth the money they are asking for. It is by far the best from all the others you have shown on your channel. But, the question is how much money costs annually to sustain the property(?) and how much money are the monthly expenses(?)
Omg spot on, this u could only dream off in Holland for that price, here u got only a small appartment…….this is exceptional…..what a view. It is a lovely house, epic kitchen also the colours, and omg the bathroom is so spacious, the finishing is stunning, interior style it is my kind off taste very homy…….i have to do serious thinking what to do………

There's a lot of love and money that went into this home. You were generous and respectful, giving its proper due in video presentation. But it begs the question, why are they selling? The devil is always in the details. It's a lot of fantastic home for the price, but there are issues. The layout is a bit quirky, but shows creative potential. This is a property that requires serious upkeep to stay beautiful. Given the spectacular views, and the privacy and seclusion, this place is begging to be shared with visitors. However, a dipping pool may not be enough for a high-end B&B experience. The barn could be made into owner's quarters, while the bedrooms are rented out to visitors in grand B&B style. Obviously, more investment would be needed. It could also work for a young family, who would be able and willing to deal with any upgrades. It would be fun to grow up here. And then there is that dreaded moisture issue. Usually where there is water, mold is not far behind. And how is the hillside slope affecting the home's stability and rainwater absorption? If the cracked garage is any indicator, I would need a great English-speaking geometra to convince me this house is future safe. I hope they find the perfect investor. This special place deserves a great future.

Of all the places you have shown us, this one is by far one of the best.
The owners did a beautiful job on the remodel of this Italian house. Lovely wall colors, fantastic outdoor spaces, impeccable design, and just enough original floors and other touches. I snapped some pictures on my iPhone as I watched. I would turn the garage into an art and/or music studio where sound insulation could be added. My boyfriend would LOVE it! I really like the modern doors and dark woodwork throughout. That spice drawer in the kitchen! And a little wine entertaining space to top it all off. Wow!!
