Owner, Max, grew up in Pescara, Italy and carries his family’s tradition of making simple, and always fresh food that is delicious. When we were there filming the video below his son, who is the head cook now, was making fresh pasta sauce and about to start making 70 orders of pasta by hand…no machines!
