  1. Some cavier, one scallop, two pieces of steak, and one slice of fish, and a generous portion of dessert so you’re not too hungry by the time you leave. I can get more food from a Panda Express meal, and they’re not touching my scallop 20 times to arrange it on a plate

  2. I love your videos but can I ask what was/is your profession? I am sure you get this question a lot but it would just be nice to understand how you can reach this level many of us strive towards.

  3. Worst service I ever experienced in a Michelin Restaurant, waiters poured 50% of the wine in the glass, the rest on the table, etc…

  4. … ok, not really, in Portugal a waiter (The Yeatman) simply pushed a crumbled cork into a 1960' vintage Port and mixed everything up – that was worse…

  5. There are 3 basic needs for humans food, shelter, healthcare. Funny enough they are most unavailable. World has gone in wrong direction. We had french revolution at some point, looks like we need another one.

  6. Just finished my 3 course $8 tasting menu with wine pairing consisting of a frozen meatloaf dinner with 2 vegetables, empanada & a Krispy Crene donut paired with a glass of May 2024 Napa red! A great nourishing meal!

  7. Ahmm.. 4 Persons starting with 3 liter of Champagner, and then wineserving.. how could you walk out straight 😅

  8. Watching modern marco pierre white videos has made me realise how pompous and disconnected these experience’s truely are. Give me a chef who has made the same dish for 20 years and the budget wine a sommelier drinks when they get home over this anyday!
