Hi Dear,how far is the bigger City ?
I love this place and can see why it appealed to the former resident artist. I wonder if they plan to leave behind the gallery track lighting? If it was possible and economically reasonable, I would definitely open up a roof top terrace as there is more than enough storage left over afterwards. If I had my residence situation figured out, I'd definitely give this a close look.

It was a nice flat however I would be concerned about all those cracks in the Ceiling walls! You’ve still got to factor in costs of Kitchen manufacture of doors so there are a lot of costs to do those things to make it into a home.Thanks for the video it gives us a pulse on price/ towns in Italy cheers from Australia 🇦🇺🤚

This is a great property with lots of potential. I love that there are so many windows for cross-ventilation. Kitchens in Italy are apparently not that expensive to install and the bathroom is already updated.
