How tall are you because you kept bending at each door? they had to take one bedroom to make a closet. windows are double? no air conditioning. Priced, a bit high for these reasons. swimming pool very nice

I love original. The home is beautiful. I don't think the pool is deep enough for the water to be cool through the summer months.. It needs a artesian well. And a walk in shower.. Its odd that you have a open half bath on the dining room..
Its out of my price range. Do love that original is seen everywhere.

Ciao, I really like the house, I wouldn't change any of the structure, just reconfigure some of the rooms for better function. I love the rustic old-world charm. Did I miss an exterior staircase to the first floor? if not, to make the main floor a separate apartment that would have to be done or figure something out inside. Other than that, "perfetto" Grazie mille, for showing this listing.

We solved a water problem in an old house, not stone, by putting drainage tilling all around the outside. I don't remember how deep, but it worked.
That village is on a slope, so rain water is coming down the hill and soaking into the ground around the buildings.
They may have to put a drainage system around the whole village to divert the water around it.
This place looks quite old, so it has been a persistent problem for a long time, I imagine.
However, I'd say it is overpriced by a lot.
I love it, so maybe I'm a cave man. 😂😅😂

Beautiful house but a bad renovation was done before and must be redone: Mostly every door lintel must be raised and even so original doors can be kept: threshold steps between one room an another should be lowered to avoid knocking heads against door lintels just to say part of wjat´s needed. Except if you are jusr 1,50m or 5 feet tall
