안녕하세요 장민영입니다.
오늘은 선생님들을 모시고, 가성비 끝판왕인 커클랜드 레드와인을 시음해봤습니다.
선생님들께서는 어느 지역, 어느 품종 와인들이 있는지 전혀 모르시는 상태로 진행을 하였습니다. 저는 어떤 와인들인지 알고 테이스팅을 했는데도, 블라인드로 진행하니 Chianti 찾기도 어려웠네요.
1번 와인은 와린이가 저에게 블라인드 테이스팅을 시켜준적이 있는데, 저도 켈리포니아 카베르네 소비뇽 블랜드라고 콜했었네요. 구독자 분들도 혹시 구하실 수 있으면 블라인드로 해보시면 재밌을 것 같습니다.

Great tasting. Would have liked to see Kirkland Signature Rutherford, or Stag’s Leap, or Suscol Vineyard which I believe are a step above the ones tasted and around $17-$20. They also have a Paullic and St . Julian too.

I also like the kirckland chateauneuf de pape. My second favorite Kirkland is the Chianti Classico, followed by the Rioja. I usually spend the extra money on the last two choices and get much better wine, but I would definitely drink if it was offered. The chateauneuf de pape is excellent for the price. Thanks for the great content.

혼자 와인 마실떄의 유일하지만 크나큰 단점: 블라인드 테이스팅을 못한다 TvT
허허 다 아는 와인들 이구먼…. 특히 커클랜드 끼안티랑 리오하, 그리고 말보로 소비뇽블랑은 데일리 최강자인거 같습니다.
너무 매몰되면 공부가 안 될듯 하긴 한데… 그래두 코스트코에서 고기도 저렴하게 사고 와인도 가성비 좋은거 사서 집에서 먹으면 참 행복하더라구요..ㅠㅠ
This tasting was not as good as it should have been for the simply fact that they were drinking Aquafina and not Kirkland Signature Purified water.

The tasting notes on the CA Cab were indicative of how I feel about most CA Cab. I don’t buy much of it anymore, either because it’s over oaked and manipulated or too expensive for what it is. It’s a shame really. I agree with the assessment of the Chateauneuf, great value. The Gigondas is also good value. However the most recent (2022) Kirkland Vacqueyras wasn’t that impressive to me, I’d prefer just a basic Cote du Rhone. This was a fun tasting to watch. Thanks.

Peter jinxed it after the Rioja! I'm not most impressed by the correct guesses, but that you all can drink rich red wines in SoCal weather by the pool.
You can find cheap pinot noir, and you can find good pinot noir, but you can't find good, cheap pinot noir.
What a fantastic duo… missed these guys going back and forth with each other! Thanks for the fun program, it's like I'm sitting there. (Like you said it in the video, make it tougher and give them less info to begin with! These fans love watching them suffer a little too!!)
