Wow…. many congratulations for such a nice festival of Indian cuisine. I'm so happy to see that they (your in laws) have liked the veg food so much…. But I also saw a little shortcoming in your selection of dishes. It's Raita, which I missed the most in such a nice list of dishes. You see, our Indian Raita, be it of 'Boondi+curd' or 'Cucumber+curd' or 'boiled potato+ curd' or some other veg., it always add taste to any of dish here and takes the whole taste to a new height. imagine Raita taken with Samosa, Pakoras, Raita+ Paneer+Roti….. wow…. it becomes so much mouth watering…. So please, next time don't forget to add Raita in your menu. Thanks.
