~Cable Lat Pull Downs
~Cable Rows
~Back Extensions

IdealFit Day 6 Lower Body:
~1 minute Squats
~1 minute Squat Pulses
~1 minute Squat Jumps
~1 minute Side Squats
~1 minute Sumo Squats
~1 minute Pistol Squats

*the videos of these exercises are approximately 20 seconds in length. This jsut helped save me some time instead of doing two seperate videos for both YouTube and Instagram*

For my chicken recipe:
~1lb chicken breast, cubed
~1 cup white rice
~1 white onion
~Frozen Italian Vegetable Medley (I got mine from Giant Eagle)
~Grape Seed Oil
~Cilantro
~Garlic Powder
~Black Pepper
~Teriyaki
~IdealFit Garden Veggie Asiago Seasoning
Place chicken in a skillet and let cook. Add seasonings on top and mix up until well blended
Once chicken is almost completely cooked, add onion, grape seed oil, and rice
In a separate pot, cook vegetables according to package; add vegetables to chicken once finished

My name is Nikki Williams!

I live in Pittsburgh, PA and am a Disney lover, fitness addict, and a total kid at heart. I make (somewhat) daily vlogs that are mostly about fitness & weight lifting workouts, and my husband may even make an appearance.
